Race Day Schedule:

TODAY - Sunday, March 9
2 p.m., NASCAR RaceDay, FS1
3:30 p.m., NASCAR Cup Series: Shriners Children’s 500 at Phoenix Raceway, FS1

Late Breaking News:

Green flag for the race is set to fall at 3:41 PM ET. The race will air on Fox Sports 1 (FS1). The is little risk of weather affecting the race. The high for the day at the track is 75°F.

No cars are set to go to the rear due to inspection or penalty concerns. Spire Motorsports topped the boards at practice with Hocevar and McDowell one and two. Reddick, Cindric, and Buescher finish out the top five.

In qualifying, William Byron and Joey Logano have secured the front row, Hocevar and Berry following behind. There were only two fords that qualified in the top ten (Logano & Berry), five Chevrolets, and three Toyotas. Erik Jones was the top qualifying Toyota in fifth.

Alex Bowman was the only full time Cup Series driver that ran in the Xfintiy Series race finishing second. Katherine Legge (#78) is the only non-chartered car set to run on Sunday.
